Who are we?
Currently REN Solutions is Nick Reilly. Nick started REN solutions in September 2007, leaving a major UK support services company and having worked in the construction industry for over 15 years in various roles and guises including management consultancy, main contractor and agency labour supply. The move to self employment was driven by a thirst for innovation and development coupled with a long term interest in sustainability within the construction sector.
How do we work with clients?
Closely - giving you the extra resource and know how to implement changes, but developing skills and knowledge in your teams to leave you self sufficient. Our definition of success is adding real value and under staying our welcome, we do not seek to become embedded.
