		<description>Everybody that works for us has some sort of work from home scenario... in fact, we find that this not only helps us limit our impact on the environment but it saves us money and makes our folks more productive.

I know its not for everybody, but I'd suggest all companies look at ways to implement something along these lines.  Even 1 day a month is something :-)
